Direct Primary Care (DPC) is a membership approach to healthcare. At Harmony Health & Wellness, you pay a predictable monthly fee for ongoing primary care, without a separate office-visit charge for services covered by your membership.
Your membership includes:
Primary care focused on your health and wellness.
Sick visits when you’re feeling unwell.
Phone and telehealth visits when appropriate.
Home visits within Tuscaloosa County when you’re too sick to come to the clinic, when appropriate and scheduling allows.
Medication management and help finding affordable prescriptions.
Affordable options for medications, labs, and imaging
Medications, labs, and radiology are separately priced unless specifically included. We can help you access discounted cash prices or use your insurance through participating pharmacies, laboratories, and imaging providers. Insurance coverage, deductibles, and copays depend on your plan.
Insured and uninsured patients are welcome.

Harmony’s DPC membership is not health insurance. It does not cover specialists, emergency or trauma care, hospitalization, surgery, or other services outside your membership. You’ll still need separate health insurance for those needs.
