DIRECT PRIMARY CARE IS COMING TO HARMONY

Direct Primary Care at Harmony Health & Wellness offers a more personal approach to healthcare through an affordable monthly membership. Instead of rushed appointments, members receive more time with their provider, convenient access and care designed to help them feel heard, supported and never lost in the shuffle.

Membership-covered services may include routine primary care, wellness and preventive visits, illness and minor injury visits, chronic condition management, medication management and follow-up care.

Direct Primary Care can benefit both insured and uninsured patients. Membership-covered services are provided directly through Harmony without billing insurance. Labs, imaging, medications, specialist services, hospital care and other outside services are separate.
